The location and general presentation was great (close to station and activities). Really liked the shower head setup as it was in the style I'm most use to (western style shower). The permanent beds were very comfortable and I really liked the dense feathered pillows provided. Plenty of room to fit 4 suitcases when closed with 3 people but a bit more of a struggle to fit when the suitcases are opened. Really liked their eco initiative which meant they only cleaned the room when a tag left on the door and would provided clean towels when another tag is left. While talking to staff on the phone was hard to hear (soft spoken or broken hand set) and communicate with (English and Japanese), they were very easy to communicate with in person. Staff were very nice, polite and experienced. They were always happy to accommodate for us (they held our luggage before and even after check in). Liked a coin laundry was avalible within the hotel it self. Overall a lovely experience and would book again when in Nagoya or another hotel of this chain.

We stayed 1 night with 2 adults and 2 children under the age 4. The room was enough for 4 of us. Shower over bathtub was great for the kids. Kids had their mini toiletries in a bag and the rest you can grab for yourself before you go to your room. We choose the location as it was walking distance to the shinkansen train station for our next departure to Osaka. It was our base for Legoland and we left our luggage with the hotel for the day while we go and play. Breakfast was included and it was the best of varieties - you got bread, toast, spreads, Asian style meals, rice, soups and noodles, meats, salads, fruits etc. There was something for everyone and everyone was satisfied. We had our fill of breakfast and lunch. And I would like to add that the front desk staff were wonderful during check in and check out.

It was a short walking distance from nagoya Station and easily accessible. A no frills hotel with very clean facilities. Room cleaning is available only if you ask for it, which is v good for conservation. As Im a solo traveller, I don't need daily cleaning as it is already fairly clean. Microwave and coin laundry are available at a common area on Level 3. The staff were extremely polite, as expected of the Japanese service industry. I had another reservation at this hotel as went for a 3 days hike. On my return, my luggage bag (which I left behind to go on my hike) was already nearly placed in my new room. Amenities such as coffee/tea bags, toothbrushes etc were placed in the lobby so you take only what you need. That works well for me too. Reduce wastage.

The property was very nice and very clean. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us, even with our 3 small suitcases and 3 bags. The bathroom was large too. Next to the lobby was an area with tables and chairs, plus 3 drink machines which we could use with no charge. The property was near a pretty river and some restaurants which was very convenient. The bbq place next door was particularly good! The staff was generally helpful and courteous. They even tracked me down after I accidentally left one of my bags at the hotel.

Clean, spacious room, washer/dryer facilities. Very good location. For other travellers: hotel is at Taiko-dori side which is nearer to shinkansen. If you are coming from Meitetsu airport train, walk into Nagoya Station - Sakura-dori then follow signs to JR shinkansen which will bring you to Taiko-dori. Exit, turn right and follow the path to traffic junction and cross the road towards Lawson, turn left, you will see the hotel ahead (white building). From our experience, this is the easiest way to the hotel.
